Variants of Grouping

Hi,

Is there a way to build multiple groupings, such as Sales by Sales Rep, Sales by Product, Sales by Region, etc.?  Currently, you can have grouping only one at a time.  I want to have multiple groupings set up so that I can check them very easily.  This is a very important feature.  Thanks!

No.  Try using multiple filters on tabs.

If you create a set of filters for the conditions you want to test, you can quickly switch from one to the other by pressing its tab. For example ...

Create tab.  Type "Rep" & save. Then tab "Prod". Then "Reg". Then Tabs. Check all boxes.  I recommend the "All" tab,  but you could uncheck that one. If you have extra room,  you could make the tabs wider, of course.

To vote for Groups to work like Filters, surf to Memento.UserVoice.com and add your vote, though if you don't see it there, then add it yourself. You could use some of the language in this message, if you like.

Personally I use the filters to follow up on my quote requests:

Thank you all for suggesting using Filters and Tabs for different groupings.  But I found that this works only on my phone (Android), but it doesn't work on Windows 10.  Is there a solution or workaround on desktop version?  Thanks again!

If you haven't noticed it yet, the mobile edition release 4.8.0 has multi-level Grouping. It's in Beta testing now, so you might have to wait until it is released to the general public. I don't know whether anything has changed in the desktop edition.
