Retroactively enable Google Drive upload in library template

Hi all.

I have a library that is already linked to Google Sheets, but the option to upload attached images to Google Drive was not enabled at the time of linking. I would like to enable this retroactively.

A couple of questions:
1. Is it possible to enable image upload for an already-linked library without re-linking from scratch? If so, where is this setting accessed?
2. If image upload is enabled after the fact, does Memento retroactively upload images already attached to existing entries, or does it only apply to new entries going forward?

Any advice appreciated - the library contains field monitoring records with images that have no other backup, so I want to be careful before making any changes.
