Import / export csv from desktop and mobile app

Hi,

I've been using a free version of memento on my android mobile for a few years. It's very simple with only 3 libraries and it's only for private use. I'm not a business, I'm a birdwatcher and I just occasionally use it to log my bird sightings whenever I'm out in the field, often during a holiday when I might not have my laptop with me (perhaps twice a year for a couple of weeks). Historically what I have done is periodically export the data onto my phone as a csv and then email it to myself and import into a MS Access database on my laptop when I get home.

Today I thought I would try using the cloud option. I installed the free desktop version on my laptop and set up cloud synchronisation which works well. However, I need the option to import / export csv files on the desktop in order to make this really useful. When I try to use this function I get a message saying that it is only available in the PRO or PRO+ versions. I love my memento database but unfortunately as an occasional private user I really can't justify paying for the PRO versions just to get import / export csv on my laptop. I may as well just continue as I have been.

I don't understand why I can use this function on the free android version but not the free desktop. Can anybody suggest a solution or am I missing something obvious?

Maybe you can attach the pdf file to an entry as a document in the desktop version?

Ja das ist richtig so . Memento wurde Ursprünglich auf Android entwikelt und Verkauft . In der PC Version , die später kam , sind einige Sachen anders .

Yes, that's right. Memento was originally developed and sold on Android. In the PC version, which came later, some things are different.
