Advice for creating linked fields

Hello group!

I have 2 new libraries, each of which has one field linked to the other. Between the 2 libraries, I have 520 entries for all the links. Each table has a one-to-many relationship with the other table for the linked field.

I would rather not key in (select) 520 entries manually. I have a simple Excel spreadsheet with the matching entries (520 rows). Does anyone know of a way to use this spreadsheet (easy to create a csv) to automatically populate the linked data?

With the help of Claude, a spreadsheet it created and sorting/filtering, the task became much easier - just a bunch of point and click.
