How can i suppress these signs in list view?

In the library edit screen, locate any choice fields (single-choice list, multiple-choice list, radio buttons, checkboxes, or Boolean). Go into each one, press Where you can edit. In that card, ensure that Card entry is checked and List entries is unchecked. You apparently have three such fields with the List entries box checked.
