Reg : Action trigger sync

In memento database if I am using action trigger where multiple library data needs to be modified or copied or deleted and this is done in the current library where three to four users does this same process at a time then it is not getting updates in multiple libraries or not getting synced

Why so this issues 

I need a solution for this please support me and guide me

Benutzt du eine Team Version ? Wenn du Manuell synchronisierst funktionirt es dann ? Hast du einen " Konflickt " und sind Alle auch Onlein .
