In the mobile edition, open the main menu from the upper left corner of your screen. Scroll down to Recycle bin. You should see your library there. Tap on it and confirm you want to restore it.
In the desktop edition, it's similar, but it'll look & maybe behave a little differently. Try the same menu from the upper left corner or the menu bar on top.
Each library also contains a recycle bin for deleted entries. Don't get the two confused.

Wenn sie einen Bibliothek aus der Cloude Löschen bleibt diese auf ihren Handy bestähen . In der PC Version nicht . Wenn sie die Bibliothek nicht auf den Handy gelöscht haben ist diese am gewohnten Ort . Wenn sie die Bibliothek aber auch gelöscht haben , gehen sie so vor wie es Bill beschriben hat.

If you delete a library from the cloud, it will remain on your cell phone. Not in the PC version. If you haven't deleted the library on your phone, it's in the usual place. If you have also deleted the library, proceed as described by Bill.
