Bug: Filter/search multiple-choice list entey doesn't save selected entry

I have a library and it has a multi choice list and selected the search option in the field settings. Works great in the create or full entry.edit screen to help filter/find the correct value in a large list. When selecting it via direct edit in a table and searching or even just simply selecting a value/item it shows fine before saving, but after selecting ok it saves a different value. At first it seemed to be offset by +1 meaning it saved the next value instead of the one I selected, however with more testing, it seems it is not always offset only by 1.

Not sure if anyone else experienced this or if it is already being addressed in the next update, but just want to put it out there so it can get fixed hopefully sooner than later.
