lookup parameters, no library in "select library" list

Just using free version on android phone.
I am trying to setup a lookup field using 3 tables. Cities, Countries, Main. When I create a lookup field in cities, no libraries are displayed in the "lookup parameters" library dropdown list . What step am i missing. screenshot

Look permisions and add other library

First create field link to entry and add the other library. After you can select library on search field
