Rating options \ How to extend?

Hello,

Is here anyone who knows how to set Rating clickable for all members / subscribers?

We build database with goods Catalog from different suppliers and want to let all subsribers be able press Stars from 1 to 5 to estimate own experiense of purchase with particular goods / supplier.

Is there any solution to use Rating on that way?
