I can confirm that Memento endpoints of the Time Travel service are returning "500 Internal Error". Hopefully, our friends at LANL will look into it and restore the service soon.

Meanwhile, you can use MemGator [1] to run your own aggregator that is compatible with most of the TimeTravel APIs.
