Advanced Wars Mac Emulator Reddit

I recently discovered the advanced wars series and would like to try it myself, unfortunately I do not have a GBA. Does anyone play on an emulator and could recommend me an emulator and download? I am not very tech savy and any tutorials would be appreciated!
i have been a FE fan for quite a while now and because of the pandemy i got bored of the series so i want to replay advance wars and i am looking to also be able to play with some friends with emulator if possible which game of the series do you guys think its the easiest to do the last part and with wich metod
Well, hell I've been trying to get advance wars to work properly for a long time, I'm using a Vba 1.7.2 emulator and the saving just doesn't work, Iv'e tried everything, changing save type to EEPROM flash 125k, going into memory editor, even changing the roms name, just nothing works, Please someone, ANYONE HELP ME.
