We are pleased to share an update on your outstanding travel entitlements with Thai AirAsia X (TAAX).
Please be informed that starting from 7 September 2022, all remaining Credit Accounts issued by TAAX will be automatically converted into a Travel Voucher with details as follows:
Travel Vouchers will have an extended validity period of two years from the expiration date of the Credit Account.
Travel Vouchers will be equivalent to the full value of the outstanding amount of the Credit Account.
Travel Vouchers may be used to book Thai AirAsia X (flight code: XJ) flights only and will be valid for all seats on all flights, including during high travel periods via airasia Super App.
You will be able to use your vouchers for immediate travel on all TAAX services (flight code XJ) from the date of issuance. We will soon have all of your favourite destinations available and even more exciting new destinations for you to book future travels using your vouchers.

How to use a Travel Voucher:
Choose your preferred Thai AirAsia X route with flight code XJ on airasia Super App.
Input your Travel Voucher Number in the ticket payment page (Maximum of five Travel Voucher Numbers per booking).
If the value of the Travel Voucher exceeds the cost of the booking, the remaining balance will be returned to your Travel Voucher for use with your next booking.
If the value of the Travel Voucher is insufficient to cover the full payment amount for the booking, you may pay the additional cost incurred.

สายการบินขอแจ้งข้อมูลอัพเดทเกี่ยวกับสิทธิการใช้มูลค่าบัตรโดยสารสะสม (Travel Voucher) ของสายการบินไทยแอร์เอเชีย เอ็กซ์
ตั้งแต่วันที่ 7 กันยายน 2565 เป็นต้นไป วงเงินบัญชีเครดิต (Credit Account) ที่มีอยู่ของท่าน จะถูกเปลี่ยนการใช้งานเป็น มูลค่าบัตรโดยสารสะสม (Travel Voucher) โดยอัตโนมัติ ซึ่งมีรายละเอียด ดังต่อไปนี้
ขยายเวลาการใช้งาน Travel Voucher ให้นานยิ่งขึ้น โดยขยายระยะเวลาให้อีก 2 ปี นับจากวันหมดอายุของ Credit Account เดิม
มูลค่าคงเหลือการใช้งาน Travel Voucher จะเท่ากับ Credit Account เดิมที่ท่านมีอยู่
สามารถนำมูลค่าบัตรโดยสารสะสม Travel Voucher มาจองเที่ยวบินใหม่สำหรับการเดินทางกับสายการบินไทยแอร์เอเชีย เอ็กซ์ (รหัสเที่ยวบิน XJ) เท่านั้น ผ่าน airasia Super App โดยจองได้ทุกที่นั่ง ทุกเที่ยวบิน รวมทั้งช่วงที่มีอัตราการเดินทางสูง
ทั้งนี้ ท่านสามารถใช้ Travel Voucher ของท่าน สำหรับการสำรองที่นั่งและบริการในเที่ยวบินที่ให้บริการโดยสายการบินไทยแอร์เอเชีย เอ็กซ์ (รหัสเที่ยวบิน XJ) เราหวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่าท่านจะได้เดินทางไปยังจุดหมายปลายทางที่ชื่นชอบ โดยใช้ Travel Voucher ในการสำรองที่นั่งในอนาคต

กรอกหมายเลข Travel Voucher ของท่าน ในหน้าการชำระเงินบัตรโดยสาร (สามารถใส่หมายเลข Travel Voucher ได้สูงสุด 5 รหัสสำหรับการจองแต่ละครั้ง)
หากมูลค่า Travel Voucher มีมากกว่ามูลค่าการสำรองที่นั่ง มูลค่าที่เหลือจะถูกเก็บไว้ใน Travel Voucher ของท่าน เพื่อใช้ในครั้งต่อไป
หากมูลค่า Travel Voucher มีไม่เพียงพอในการสำรองที่นั่ง ท่านจะต้องดำเนินการจ่ายค่าส่วนต่าง
