Dear Guest,
We’re pleased to inform you that your refund request to your credit account is successful. You can check the balance and details by logging in to your BIG Member account.
Your credits will expire on 14 February 2024. Remember to log in to your BIG Member account to do your flight booking and add-ons BEFORE the expiry date. You can use your credits for yourself or others as long as you're logged in. The credits cannot be used on the AirAsia Mobile App.
Please note that your actual travel dates can be after the expiry date of the credit account.
