MEME suite docker image install problem

Hello,

I am trying to install MEME suite docker image on windows. However, when I launch the container, it always gives me the error message "unable to find tgene_db.tsv". Could someone tell me how to solve this issue? Thanks a lot in advance!

That's not so much an error message as an informational message.  We don't include the sequence databases or the databases for TGENE because they are so large and would inflate the Docker image to a ridiculous size. If you need them, you can download the sequence databases from the MEME Suite web site. Links to some of the TGENE databases are also on the MEME Suite web site.
