DREME -maxk option in MEME-ChIP

Is there a way to use the DREME -maxk option when running DREME within MEME-ChIP?

No, the -maxk option is only available for the stand alone version of DREME. The only DREME parameters that can be adjusted from the MEME-ChIP command line are the E-value threshold (-dreme-e), and the maximum number of motifs to identify (-dreme-m).
