make test crash

Hi,

I am trying to install meme-5.5.7. While running "make test" command some steps involving meme and xtreme are crashing and resulting in some fail tests. What to do? Please give resolution.

If you look in the tests/scripts directory you should find log files for each of the tests. These should explain why the tests failed. The most common cause of failure that we see is not installing all the required Perl packages. Please see the section of the installation guide that describes how to check if the needed Perl dependencies are installed.
