How to download MEME results

The MEME servers at meme-suite.org and alternate.meme-suite.org only keep results for 4 days so if you wish to archive your results then you need to download them. So when you are viewing the HTML output from any of the programs you can do the following to save it.

If you are using Firefox: 

1. Right click on the page and select "Save Page As" from the menu. 
   
2. Make sure the option "Web Page, HTML only" is selected. 
   
3. Save the meme.html in any location you choose.
   

If you are using Chrome: 

1. Right click on the page and select "Save As..." from the menu. 
   
2. Make sure the option "Web Page, HTML only" is selected. 
   
3. Save the HTML file in any location you choose.
   

If you are using Safari:

1. Click on the "File" menu and select "Save Page As". 
   
2. Make sure the format "Page Source" is selected. 
3. Save the meme.html in any location you choose.

Note that all the MEME Suite programs (with the exception of GLAM2) generate their motif  logo images dynamically and so we recommend saving the HTML file only. Attempting to save the page as "web page complete" may cause JavaScript errors and the logos may fail to work.
