How to run MEME suite on Linux

Hi, 

I have just began using Linux.

I have already install MEME suite on Ubuntu but now I don't know what to do in order to run the programs and in order to make tests on simple sequences.

In other words where can I find the command line I need to use ?

One important step after you’ve installed the MEME suite is to add its installation directory to your command PATH. This is step 2. in the “Quick Install” section of the MEME Suite Installation Guide, which can be found here:
