Questions about options for Glam and input motifs for glam2scan

Hi Meme Suite developers,

    I am having a lot of fun using your tools and I have some questions: 

    Is there a way to see all the command line options for Glam2 (help doesn't reveal flags like -t and -c discussed in the paper) ?

    With glam2scan does it only use the best scoring motif from glam2, and if I were to supply the program with other motifs how does that file need to be formatted?
