Error in MEME motif database

Hello,
I have downloaded the MEME motif database from http://meme-suite.org/doc/download.html. However, when I run the command `fimo HOCOMOCOv11_full_HUMAN_mono_meme_format.meme <sequence.fa>`, an error pops out.

Are you using the latest version of the databases (12.19) and the latest version of FIMO (5.1.1)? I was able to run FIMO using that database with no problem.
