meme test failure

Hi,

Today I tried meme suite installation but meme has failed in the test phase.

The test log is shown below.

I have installed previous version of meme without any problem but suddenly this problem happened.

Any thought?

It looks like orte_init failed for some reason; your parallel process is

likely to abort.  There are many reasons that a parallel process can

fail during orte_init; some of which are due to configuration or

environment problems.  This failure appears to be an internal failure;

It looks like there is an issue with your local installation of the Open MPI library.  This is used by the parallel version of MEME. You'll have to work with your local system administrator to resolve this.

In the meantime, you can configure the MEME Suite to build without MPI support. Re-run the './configure' command, adding the option '--enable-serial'. Then run

make clean

make

make check

make install
