I am facing similar error to a previous post

Can't locate HtmlMonolithWr.pm in @INC (you may need to install the HtmlMonolithWr module) (@INC contains: /home/abc/libexec/meme-5.1.0 /home/abc/meme/lib/meme-5.1.0/perl /etc/perl /usr/local/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl/5.26.1 /usr/local/share/perl/5.26.1 /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl5/5.26 /usr/share/perl5 /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl/5.26 /usr/share/perl/5.26 /usr/local/lib/site_perl /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl-base) at /home/abc/libexec/meme-5.1.0/tomtom_xml_to_html line 48.
