Hello MEME Team,

There is a problem that has been bothering me for a long time, and it has not been solved. I successfully installed meme, because the FIMO software can be used normally, but ame keeps reporting errors:

Added /share/home/fanjiaqi/miniconda3/envs/R4.1/lib/R/library/memes/extdata/flyFactorSurvey_cleaned.meme to motif_sources which now has 1 file names.

It looks like there was the MEME Suite software was incompletely installed. Did you install using conda or an R package manager to install the MEME Suite? We have no connection to those and wouldn't be able to assist.

The official MEME software can be downloaded here, and an installation guide is here.
