Hi,

I have installed meme suite through conda, however I cannot find any documentation how to use it through conda or python. Can you help me with that?

You can find the documentation for the MEME Suite command line tools here.

However, we have no connection to the conda MEME Suite package. If you run into problems you'll have to communicate with the contributor for that package.

The official download site for the MEME Suite source code is here.
