I'm running various command line components of the MEME suite as part of a larger pipeline. I would like to use the HOCOMOCO color scheme for the logos generated since it is color-blind friendly. Is there any way to do this within the MEME suite? I know I can use WebLogo, but this does not work for preexisting motifs in my database.
