Several users have reported receiving this error after installing MEME.
MEME requires that the C-shell be installed on your system. The C-shell used to be ubiquitous on UNIX systems, but frequently now is an optional install.
If you don't have C-shell installed, you'll need to install it. The best way to do this will depend on which distribution of Linux you are running. Typically it would be something like
apt-get install csh
or
yum install tcsh
You'll need root privelges to do this.
