Why is GLAM2 printing "Warning: failed to convert output to HTML!" when the HTML output seems to be working?

In the 4.9.0 release of the MEME Suite whenever GLAM2 is run it prints "Warning: failed to convert output to HTML!". The HTML output appears to be correct so why is this happening?

There is a bug in the 4.9.0 release of GLAM2 which causes the error message "Warning: failed to convert output to HTML!" to be printed when glam2 succeeds in creating HTML output instead of when it fails.

This is fixed in patch 2 available here:
