Release 0.12.1

Hi Everyone!

I've just released version 0.12.1 of memcache++ which makes the
parsing of the memcached text protocol a lot more efficient using
Boost.Spirit 2.4 that comes with Boost 1.44.0.

Let's use this list to flesh out any issues you might have with this release.
