memcached + rails architecture problem

Hi All
i have to manage 3 servers with a rails application, i would like to
put only one memcached daemon on one of these servers.
this cache must be shared from the servers.

2 servers must connect remotly, 1 locally
do you see any problem on this solution if i set the same domain in
each rails app? Any suggestion?
