Same key got set on multiple memcache servers

 i am getting wired key setting issue as  singe key gets set on more than one memcache server on the pool

 Using LAMP stack

 Memcache server version : Version 1.2.6

 php 4.4 with memcache client  version : 2.2.1

Issue :  While getting the key , some times i am getting old stale data .

Hello

I can happen with PHP if your memcached server lists are not in the same order in every script

Example : 

127.0.0.1:11211

128.0.0.1:11211

is not the same as

128.0.0.1:11211

127.0.0.1:11211

with the key distribution algorithm

Never had this bug apart from the above explanation.

please suggest any tool to log client IP adress  access to the memcached servers
