Memcached builtin proxy

Hey,

Sorry, I rarely post to the ML anymore. Unclear how many people still read
it :)

Just in case, the proxy is in early release now:
https://github.com/memcached/memcached/wiki/Proxy - if you're using
twemproxy or mcrouter both are basically abandonware. This should replace
that and still be trivial to build and use and perform well.

Plus fancy future features as development continues.
