Latest Memcached version for windows 64bit

Hi, I need to deploy the latest memcached server on my windows 64bit server but, I didn't find the suitable build for it only what I found is the source code.

please let me know where to find this build , also I need to know how to deploy memcached as a service with customization options e.g.object size and maximum size so how to do that?
