java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Could not download the WSDL

hi,

i am very new to Virtualization.

i am trying to use Membrane ESB to virtualise some Http calls.

 i have downloaded membrane-esb-cli-3.5.8 and trying to run it stand alone.

when i am going to Root Dir/Membrane-ESB\membrane-esb-cli-3.5.8 and double clicking on the 'memrouter.bat file, nothing is happening and i am not able to see any Admin screen.

i tried using the manual method to run the .bat file from Command prompt but i am gettign this -

java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Could not download the WSDL 'http://www.thomas-bayer.com/axis2/services/BLZService?wsdl'.

error.

 

kindly help me.

P.S. - do i need Admin privilege to run / use this setup.
