It will be an amazing and challenging experience of self learning and achieving the best form of their own self for these candidates in the next few days. I hope they all rise up to the occasion and exhibit what the post demands with character, competency and honesty by challenging themselves everyday during the process.

I urge all of you to start reading the manifestos. A manifesto tells you a lot about the individual and considering you are selecting your leader for 2013-2014 I hope you want to know these individuals and their thoughts to make the most sound decision keeping in mind the needs of AIESEC India in 2013-2014.

I will be releasing the flow of the election process very soon, so stay tuned. Please forward the same to your EB's as well and ensure everyone at NLS has read these manifestos before hand. Also please carry a minimum of 8 copies of every manifesto to NLS for better preparation.
