Namaskar. Hope you are doing well.
We hope you have seen the below invitation sent earlier and made up your mind to join and
celebrate with us.
We have barely 5-6 weeks left and its 10th year of Raja celebration by OCAL. Therefore you have sometime or no time but just to ensure we have planned and prepared for it, I request you to send the below information as per the format.
#1. Cultural Participation: last date 28th June or before
- Participant Name
- Duration
- Music file ( MP3), if applicable
#2. Magazine : Last date 21st June or before
- Article (Poem/Stories/others) - English
- Article - Odia (Poem/Stories/others) - typed in pdf format - well structured to take photo image and embed in the page.
- Art - jpeg or similar
- Advertisement as per your design in pdf
- Name of the person
If anyone would like to have their Art/Design to be in the magazine cover page, then it must be really nice and have a theme behind it and send in the A4 size format. We will pick the best one and publish, if not that will be surely added to the inside or back page.
So good luck for your preparation and awaiting your reply/confirmation as per deadline.
