Dear All,
As part of the Raja celebration, like last year we will have an exciting quiz show with Prize money and Trophy for the winner.
Due to nature of the questions, the quiz show will be applicable for above 10 years old. Please participate by answering a simple question correctly to enter yourself for the Quiz Show.
If you have time now - please read the following to familaries with the Quiz show and get ready to have your prize and trophy.......................

Ø The Raja Parba Quiz show will be played on Sunday, 16th June 2013 in the School Hall, Please see the cultural program agenda for timing.
Ø The format of the Quiz show will be like “ Who wants to be a Millionaire “ called “ Who wants to be Odia Raja Parba Quiz Champion 2013 “
Ø All are welcome to participate (preferably above 10 years old ) by answering a simple question available in the venue in a piece of paper. Please collect your quiz show entry paper from the reception or ask Umakant Rout,if you have not collected.
Ø Please write your name in the back of the question paper after answering the question and submit the question in the bucket / box available in the venue (will be announced).
Ø By all fairness, please don’t answer twice by the same person to have equal opportunities for every participant.
Ø Once all the answers are collected in the box(before the quiz show start), there will be a random selection of 3 participants (correct answer only) to enter into the quiz show on the spot when the quiz show begins.
Ø All 3 participants will play the quiz show subjected to 30 mins of total time available for the quiz show. The questions are designed to be answered in 1 to 2 min time.
Ø There are 8 questions in total to be answered correctly to be the Quiz Champion. The prize money will be 40 pounds if all 8 questions answered correctly. If 1 to 4 questions are correctly answered then min 10 pounds will be awarded.
Ø There are 2 life lines available ( “50:50” and “Ask the Audience” ) for the help needed in case you are stuck in any questions. Audience poll will be raising the hand where the participant will choose the answer correctly.
Ø The questions will be in an interactive MS power point slides displayed in the big screen provided near the stage via a projector.
Ø There is also a very nice trophyengraved as “ OCAL Raja Parba 2013” if all answered correctly. If there is a tie then a draw will take place to decide the winner of the trophy.
Ø Please be available when the random selection takes place, if you are not available then it will go to the next person until 3 participants are selected.
