Hope you are all well.

We have exactly a month away from today to celebrate 9th Odia Raja Festival 2016 on 3rd July, Sunday. The detail informations are in the link below

Please take some time to read the invitation and confirm your participation to help us organise the event better.

You are all requested to send us 2 more things as below.

1. Raja Magazine 5th Edition : Article, Art, Poem, advertisement ( English or Odia ) etc to be published in the magazine. The deadline for submission is on 25th June 2016. Please make sure to reach us on time and can be sent to the email odiaraj...@gmail.com

2. Cultural program and activities : Please send your participation details to the email odiaraj...@gmail.com with duration of performance, MP3 file and any preference so that this can be scheduled before to avoid any confusion and sequencing of the performance. This should reach us 2-3 days before the event date. Please avoid sending on the day or on the venue as the DJ's music player may not accept the format.

1. Stage performance ( name, duration, Mp3 file ) - Last date - 26th June 2016

2. Publication for magazine (Art, Odia Culture, Poem, Short Story, Advertisement - both english and odia - Last date 26th June 2016.
