关于EP退押金的邮件！！！【AIESEC海外实​习】EP deposit refund applicatio​​n process

之前那份不是很完全和清楚，请发给EP这封邮件。谢谢

To those who may concern
 
This is Lisa Xu, currently AIESEC NJU VP Finance. I feel happy to greeting you with this mail which means you have almost finished an AIESEC internship. Still, I hope I may do my best to help you COMPLETE THE EP DEPOSIT REFUND APPLICATION PROCESS.
 
(Since the information I want to convey is of great significance, I'd rather use Chinese~)
 
为完成押金退还流程，在Finance方面需要：
 
准备以下材料：
1.EP Refund Claim Form
   请按模板填写，拍照后将图片命名为“EP ID-EP中文名”

 
2.实习报告

   请提交至少1000字中文+100字英文的实习报告电子文档，并请命名为“EP ID-EP中文名-实习报告”

 

3.实习照片

  请提交10张反映你海外实习经历的照片，可以是个人照、工作照、国际友人照，但请勿提交纯风景照~

  每张照片请分别命名为“EP ID-EP中文名-照片-1（或2,3,···10）”

 

4.Online Exchange Quality Survey

   请参照附件“How to use Surveys in Myaiesec.net”，完成www.aiesec.cn上的online survey

 

 

发送申请：

请将包含上述3个附件的邮件命名为“EP dposit refund application-实习生中文名”，在当月29日23:59前发送到vpfin....@gmail.com。
 

 

退款结果：
在收到【附件齐全，格式正确】的申请邮件当月月底，我会向全国总会递送申请材料。全国总会将在次月5日批复，如果退款申请得到通过，我会在次月15日前向EP银行账户转账退款。
