[Action required] Update NeurIPS Milestones with Schedule Editor Information

Dear in-person workshop organizers,
As we approach NeurIPS 2022, it is important to update your schedule in Schedule Editor. We have recently found several issues with workshops, particularly with respect to start and end times. Often this is because no schedule has been entered in Schedule Editor or the wrong time zone was used.
Please make sure that your workshop is up to date in Schedule Editor and confirm the following in NeurIPS 2022 Workshop Milestones by Sunday, 11/20:
You have entered your schedule in Schedule Editor,
Your times were specified in the `American/Chicago` time zone,
Your start time >= 7:30am, and
Your end time <= 5pm.
If you are still making minor edits to your program, please create an “Opening Remarks” and “Closing Remarks” event to mark the start and end of your day. This will make sure that we know you will be on time, but give you some flexibility in timing for other parts of your program.
Similarly, if you created your program in another time zone, there is a “Shift Schedule Times” option that will allow you to shift the time of all events in your schedule.
