buying extra workshop registrations

Hello,

I'm an organizer of the Memory in Artificial and Real Intelligence workshop at NeurIPS 2022. We have a question regarding buying extra registrations for the workshops for our participants and the workshop chairs advised me to email here.

We have some extra funds from a sponsor and would like to provide registrations for some of our workshop participants. If a participant has already registered, do you know if there is a way to reimburse them via the NeurIPS system? For example, is there a way for us to buy extra "complimentary" passes? We're considering buying between 10-15 registrations (most are for students).

Hi Mariya,

Attached is the spreadsheet that needs to be filled out and make sure each person has the correct NeurIPS email address.  We will not process until payment is received.  I suggest at this late date, you pay by credit card.  There is a 3% process fee to your total, which I will invoice upon receipt or you can do a bank wire.  If your sponsor makes this complicated with POs and portals to use, I can’t do this. Keep it simple.   Please keep in mind, we are wrapping up the conference plans and will be traveling.  There may be delays for your winners.

If anyone has paid, when we process the complimentary registration, they will be refunded.  The late pricing will apply now.
