Dear All
MELOW was born in 1997, and since then has grown steadily—thanks entirely to the support, goodwill, and enthusiasm of its members. Each of you has contributed to making our journey one of fun, learning, and excitement.
We now look forward to taking MELOW to an even higher level, and for this we once again seek your support. We hope to form a vibrant support group of young scholars, senior academicians, and mid-level researchers who can help strengthen MELOW’s relevance and energy.
How can you help?
– Stay in touch with MELOW and its activities.
– Your presence throughout all three days of the annual conference is vital.
MELOW thrives on continuity and active involvement, not on brief guest
appearances.
– Log in to our fortnightly online sessions, MELOW MUSINGS, contribute to the
dialogue, and perhaps volunteer to give a talk.
Many members are already doing so, but we need more
committed people to serve on:
– the Executive Body
– the International Advisory Board
– the Support Group

At this Dharamshala Conference, a meeting of volunteers will be held on the first day just before the cultural programme. We invite you to join us so we can brainstorm together.
