Hi Tengiz,

If you go to the melting online at EBI: http://www.ebi.ac.uk/biomodels/tools/melting/melt.php

And you select a 'sliding window', then you will be able to see you results as a graph.
See an example here: http://www.ebi.ac.uk/biomodels/tools/melting/result/png/MELTING-20160519-783, I have attached the resulting png as well.

If you want to use the command line, you will have to build the graph yourself from the csv result file.

We are also working on a new desktop application to make it easier to use the latest melting but it will take few more months to be finished. As part of this application, we will provide a way to generate a graph from the melting results, a work in progress of this graph is attached to this email as well.

There should be no limit, as long as you choose an appropriate sliding window.
