The web interface is no longer provided. However, you can download the version 4 and 5 of the software and use them on your machine. Packages for Linux distribution Debian and Ubuntu are available.
MELTING is also provided as part of bioconductor:

An alternative in R is

MELTING has also been reimplemented in Python
