New set of parameters for RNA/DNA

I just discovered the following paper from the Sugimoto's lab

Banerjee et al. Improved nearest-neighbor parameters for the stability of RNA/DNA hybrids under a physiological condition. Nucleic Acids Research, Volume 48, Issue 21, 2 December 2020, Pages 12042–12054

The paper proposes a new set of NN parameters for DNA/RNA duplexes in conditions of low (physiological) salinity. I will try to add them to the repository. Although it is not clear if they can be used with the same formula (salt correction) as the Sugimoto95 ones.
