Confirm MELTING5.2.0 Wetmur-91 DNA:RNA salt model parameter is indeed `wet91` (works) and not `wetdnarna91` (in manual but errors tool)

Hi,

I have the MELTING manual dated February 2014, and I am using software release MELTING5.2.0 for DNA/RNA hybrid modeling.

In the manual, at the bottom of page 15, the salt (-ion) method for DNA/RNA is `wetdnarna91`. This param actually errors the tool but inputing `wet91` works. I'd like to confirm this is calling the Wetmur equivalence formula as intended, for DNA/RNA.

Thank you,
Soo Hee

Hi Soo Hee, this does appear to be an error in the documentation. wetdnarna91, wetdna91 etc. are approximative methods found in the 1991 Wetmur paper, not sodium corrections. wet91 is the sodium correction from that particular paper.

wetdnarna1, wetdna1 and wetrna1 do appear in their proper place later on in the manual.

I'll wait for someone from the current team to confirm.

Thank you William for the quick follow up. I will check back to see if there are updates.
