May 22nd

Hi folks,

 

Before I head out on vacation, I wanted to touch base with all of you with a quick question for our meeting on the 22nd.  After we set the schedule I realized that our meeting falls on the same evening of the potluck at Muddy Creek to discuss the recent trip to New Orleans.  I know that there are probably many of you, myself included, who would like to attend the supper.  So my question for all of you is this: is it possible to meet earlier in the afternoon that Sunday?  I was thinking possibly at 3:00, then we would be done at 4:30, with enough time to get over to Muddy Creek for the supper at 5:30.  If this doesn't work for most of you, then we'll stick with the usual time, but I just wanted to check in and see if a move was possible.

 

I hope you all are enjoying the sunshine :-)  It is an absolutely BEAUTIFUL day outside, a perfect day to get out and enjoy creation.

I thought we were told that the potluck meal on the 22nd was for reunion time for those who went on the trip and that others were being invited to come at 7:00 to see pictures and talk to the participants.

Maybe this has changed, but I did not want people showing up if they weren't suppose to!!

I'll definitely double check on the time that was in the bulletin!!  Either way, let's go with 3:00 on May 22nd for our meeting, since even if it is at 7, our time would still cut into that so we'll stick with 3-4:30.
