Treatment review

Dear all,

We've recently written a review on Treatment of Melioidosis for a special edition of Infectious Disease Clinics of North America on 'Current Management of Serious Bacterial Infections Associated with Multi-Drug Resistance'.

I'm hoping to make this paper open access, however I have received mixed responses from the journal regarding whether this is possible at all.

In the meantime, I've been sent a link for free access which is valid until 12th March, if you would like to access it:

I had trouble saving it as a pdf directly, but it worked if clicked 'print' then 'save as pdf'
