Happy Valentine's Day and a Question

Valentine's Day is one of my favorites. It gives me an opportunity to
pamper my
sweetheart and show how much they are appreciated. I feel very
fortunate that I
have the financial means to buy nice gifts and take them to nice
places.

Unfortunately, not everybody is in the same financial position.
