I can't comment from direct experience but it seems that hplip has
replaced hpoj.
Have a rummage through your upgraded system for hplip dirs. There should be a
a heap of html files in /usr/share/doc/hplip-x.x.x/

On my system:
sudo find /. |grep hplip |grep html | wc -l
132
ie 132 html files which comprise an extensive HOWTO for HP
printers/scanners under Linux.
